All dog appointments require attendance at a meet-and-greet. To qualify for this, you must provide necessary information, including social triggers, anxiety medications, and required vaccinations. If the pet has any history of aggression, this must also be shared, along with their specific triggers. The owner reserves the right to decline any pet due to extreme aggression or uncontrollable behavior. If your pet poses any risk to the owner or staff, the opportunity for a meet-and-greet will be declined. All pets must have a primary care veterinarian. In case of emergencies, our team will consult with your veterinarian. An emergency form must be completed prior to service.
